 #tbqh i find the notion of chuck bass as a human possible of redemption both gross and unlikely #people who try to sell women for hotels don’t just wake up one day and decide to be good people because aforementioned is getting married #i just want blair to be past chuck. be with louis be with dan be with yourself be with serena i don’t care #but chuck was a part of her life that she absolutely had to engage with #and now she’s got to let it go #because he’s an asshole #and she’s blair fucking waldorf and their shades of grey DO NOT MATCH UP ANYMORE #character growth is a thing that happens. the things we once wanted are things we sometimes have to leave behind. 

#i just want blair to learn to love herself outside of that destructive relationship #i want her to remember that other people CAN love every part of her #i want her to remember that she is queen b and nobody has the right to treat her the way chuck did #and obviously i would like her to marry dan after doing so but i don’t even care so much about that #because the absolute demolition of her character has been devastating to watch
